Thai Business Class is located in Terminal 2 for check-in. Business Class passengers go to the back of the Business Class check-in area. A gentleman puts your bags on the baggage for you which is always nice and deserving of a mention in a Thai Airways business class review.
Thai Airways uses the new United Airlines lounge in Terminal 2. It's a long walk to the lounge. Even at high speed I estimate it's about a 20 minute walk to the fast lane safety zone.
The United Airlines Business Class lounge is great. They have an excellent bar and they have a proper cocktail list which was a nice surprise.

The food looked like a standard buffet but it was delicious! First of all, they had some really interesting and delicious gourmet salads like couscous, roasted cauliflower, and things like quinoa and ottolengi.
The Penang beef was absolutely delicious. I also had some spanish chicken which was very tasty. I was very impressed with the food.
United Lounge has a nice kind of reading area. They had a good selection of newspapers but a relatively average selection of free general magazines.
Some of the power points were not working which was a bit annoying as I had to constantly move the seat. Finally, after a long walk to the lounge, the actual gate was nice and close.
